Is it true that in a mutual concern, it can be said that there is no service element as no one can trade with himself?
Any case law to support this proposition?
In State of West Bengal v Calcutta Club Ltd [2019] 110 taxmann.com 47 (SC) it is held that there can be no trading amongst members and club on account of mutual concern.
