There was an extension of time limit for order as per section 143(3). What was the last date for this order
The time limit for completion of assessment for AY 2018-19 was extended in light of The Taxation and Other Laws (Relaxation and Amendment of Certain Provisions) Act, 2020 and subsequent circulars/ notifications issued in this regard. The time limit was extended upto September 30, 2021.
