Tribunal held that  since the assessee was not given proper opportunity to show cause enabling him to explain his stand and to establish that no amount of interest bearing loans was used for advancing interest-free loans, the issue was remanded to the Assessing Officer for examination afresh and verification after allowing due opportunity of hearing to the assessee.
