While dismissing the appeal of the assessee Tribunal held that, as there was no truck in the fixed assets and no documentary evidence was furnished in support of the claim. Not produced any documentary evidence and no such trucks were hired by the assessee either from the partners or any other party; hence loss on vehicle is not allowed. (AY. 2012 – 13)
