Revenue issued a show-cause proposing addition under S. 68, but the final order made addition under S. 69A without giving opportunity to the assessee. This was held to be violative of natural justice, and the assessment was set aside with direction to pass fresh order after granting reasonable hearing. (AY. 2016-17)
