The Income Tax Appellate Tribunal Bar Association, Mumbai, in association with the Moot Court Society of Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai, and the All India Federation of Tax Practitioners (AIFTP), is pleased to invite you to the Final Round and the Valedictory Ceremony of the 15th Padma Vibhushan N. A. Palkhivala Memorial National (Virtual) Moot Court & Research Paper Competition, 2026.

The ceremony marks the culmination of a Competition that honours the legacy of Nani A. Palkhivala and his enduring contributions to taxation law and constitutional jurisprudence. We thank every participating team for the rigour, preparation and advocacy they brought to the rounds, and we look forward to celebrating these efforts together.

We are privileged to have Hon’ble Chief Justice Shri Rajesh Patil, Bombay High Court, as the Chief Guest, and to judge the final round. The ceremony will also feature addresses by distinguished representatives of the collaborating institutions, followed by the declaration of results and the conferment of awards.
