Dismissing the appeal of the assessee , the Tribunal held that the finding of fact arrived by the Tribunal holding that ,illegal gains by short supply of contracted articles . Accordingly addition as income from undisclosed source is held to be justified .No question of law.( AY.1995 -96 ,1996 -97)
