The assessee filed the writ petition  challenging the order passed under section 148A(d) of the Act on the ground that the Assessing Officer did not provide any information and material related to the reassessment proceedings  and was barred by limitation.   Dismissing the petition the Court held that  the aassessee has not brought on record anything to suggest that the reassessment proceedings under section. 147 were undertaken in an arbitrary manner.  On appeals, SLP of assessee is dismissed.  (AY. 2015-16)
