Dismissing the appeal of the Revenue the Court held that the  Tribunal was right in allowing the bad debts taken over from a sister concern, following its decision in the case of the assessee for earlier years, in which the High Court had found that the Tribunal taken note of the fact that the memorandum and articles of association permitted the assessee to carry on the business of money lending and the transactions in question were in the realm of business activity.  SLP of revenue is dismissed.
