Dismissing the appeal of the revenue the Tribunal held that the assessee had provided all the evidences and documents to substantiate the identity of the share holders, credit worthiness and genuineness of the transactions . The investor companies have responded to the notices issued u/s 133(6 and summons issued u/s 131 of the Act . The Tribunal held that merely on the basis of statement of Shri Shirish C.
