Advocate appearing in matter or instructing litigant who is party before Supreme Court of India would not be in apposition to prejudge outcome of proceedings or speculate about outcome thereof . Prima face , this  held is bordering on professional misconduct and needs to be  proceeded with .Suo Motu initiated the proceedings and directed the respondent to  file an affidavit and disclose  the name of the Advocate from  India who had advised the respondent
