Allowing the petition the Court held that the order has been passed  without following the principles of natural justice is liable to be quashed. The respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The assessee is also directed to file reply within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
