Notice for reopening assessment was issued on assessee. Assessee had already been furnished with reasons for reopening. The assessee filed writ petitions against the issue of notices. Dismissing the petition the Court held that assessee was bound to raise objections against reasons for reopening and thereafter, Assessing Officer had to pass a reasoned order and such a course of action being yet to be completed, writ petitions could not be filed at instant stage.
