Transfer Orders Of Hon’ble ITAT Members (July 2015)

Vide orders dated 13th July 2015 passed by the Hon’ble President pursuant to the consultations with the Collegium of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, the following transfers have been taken:

(i) Hon’ble Shri T. S. Kapoor, Accountant Member, ITAT, Delhi Benches, is transferred to ITAT, Patna Bench, Patna, in the same capacity, with immediate effect.

(ii) Hon’ble Shri P. K. Bansal, Accountant Member, ITAT, Kolkata Benches, is transferred to ITAT, Allahabad Bench, in the same capacity, with immediate effect.

(iii) Hon’ble Shri B. P. Jain, Accountant Member, ITAT, Kolkata Benches, is transferred to ITAT, Cochin Bench, in the same capacity, with immediate effect.
