Transfer Of Hon’ble ITAT Member Cancelled

It was earlier reported that 6 Accountant Members and 2 Judicial Members of the ITAT have been transferred with immediate effect. Now, the Hon’ble President has issued an order dated 5th December 2018 by which the transfer of an Accountant Member has been cancelled.

The said order reads as follows:

“The transfer of Shri Vikram Singh Yadav, Accountant Member from ITAT Jaipur Benches, Jaipur to ITAT Mumbai Benches, Mumbai is hereby cancelled. To this extent, the office order of even number dated 4th December, 2018 stands modified“
