Vide orders dated 15.11.2012 passed in pursuance of the consultations of the collegiums of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, consisting of the President and two senior-most Vice Presidents, the following decisions have been taken with regard to transfers:
(i) Shri. Sunil Kumar Yadav, Judicial Member, Lucknow, is transferred to Kolkata with effect from 19.11.2012;
(ii) The transfer of Shri. Vikas Awasthy, Judicial Member, Chennai to Jaipur is cancelled
