CBDT Directive Reg Conduct Of E-Assessment Proceedings During FY 2019-20

The Directorate of Income-tax (Systems) has issued a letter dated 11.12.2019 regarding the conduct of assessment proceedings through ‘E-Proceeding’ facility during financial year 2019-20 with reference to CBDT Circular No. 27/2019.

It is stated that in accordance with CBDT Circular No. 27/2019, 13 Income Tax buildings have been identified as having limited bandwidth and where e-assessment cannot be conducted
