The Cuttack Tax Bar Association (Life Member of AIFTP) has filed a Writ Petition in the Orissa High Court bearing W.P.(C) No.33457 of 2020 against the Notification of the Union Government for Faceless Appeal Scheme. The Writ Petition was listed for hearing in the Court of Hon’ble Chief Justice on 09/03/2021.

The notice has been issued to the opposite parties to file their reply. The matter will come on 17/05/2021 for hearing before the said Bench.
