Vide Notification dated 21.02.2012 issued u/s 252 of the Income Tax Act, 1961, the Central Government has appointed the following persons as Judicial Member / Accountant Member of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal with effect from the dates as mentioned against their names and until further orders. Consequent to their joining as Members, the said persons have been posted to the paces mentioned against their names vide Order dated 21.02.2012

Vide order dated 23.01.2012 passed in pursuance of the consultations of the collegium of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal consisting of the President and two senior-most Vice Presidents, Shri D K Srivastava, Accountant Member, Income tax Appellate Tribunal, Chandigarh Benches, Chandigarh has been transferred in public interest, in the same capacity to the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Rajkot Bench, Rajkot with effect from the forenoon of 6th February 2012

A Full Court Farewell Function was held on 14.10.2011 to honour the elevation of Shri. R. V. Easwar, the then President of the Tribunal, as Additional Judge of the Delhi High Court.
