Transfer Orders Of Hon’ble ITAT Members (June 2015)

Vide orders dated 22nd June 2015 passed by the Hon’ble President pursuant to the consultations with the Collegium of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, the following transfers have been taken:

(i) Hon’ble Shri Narendra S. Saini, Accountant Member, ITAT, Ahmedabad Benches, is transferred to ITAT, Panaji Bench, Goa, in the same capacity, in public interest, with immediate effect.

(ii) Hon’ble Shri George George K, Judicial Member, ITAT, Delhi Benches, is transferred to ITAT, Cochin Bench, in the same capacity, with effect from 29.06.2015.
