Mrs Nikita Badheka, Advocate, has been unanimously elected as National President of the All India Federation of Tax Practitioners (AIFTP) for the year 2020.
At 22nd Convention of the AIFTP held at Mumbi on 13th to 15th 2019, Mrs. Nikita Badheka, a well-known lawyer on Indirect taxes, has been unanimously elected as the National President of the AIFTP for the year 2020.
Honourable Justice Mr Ujjal Bhuyan, Judge Bombay High Court, administered the oath.
She is the second lady advocate to be elected as National President of the AIFTP.
She belongs to a family of lawyers. Her father late Shri B.C Joshi was doyen of tax profession and President of the AIFTP for the period 1984-1990.
