it is good to get downloads of the above positions of law.
Good only judges should be presidents of CESTAT. i also would suggest same position be for ITAT too! why to all administrative tribunals too, that would ensure justice seems to have been done !
I would look for Jury system is also introduced in tribunals too yea jury system need to be revived that helps people know how to reason things with his sound common sense!
