12th Padma Vibhushan N.A. Palkhivala Memorial National (Virtual) Moot Court Competition & Research Paper Competition 2022-23
This year Income-tax Appellate Tribunal Bar Association Mumbai, the All India Federation of tax Practitioners (AIFTP) and the Goods and Services Tax Practitioners Association of Maharashtra (GSTPAM) with Maharashtra National Law University – Mumbai (MNLU- Mumbai) are conducting the Padma Vibhushan N. A. Palkhivala Memorial National Moot Court (Virtual) Competition, 2022 on November 24-27, 2022.
The Inaugural Ceremony of The Padma Vibhushan N. A. Palkhivala Memorial National Moot Court (Virtual) Competition, 2022 is on November 24, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The Chief Guest is Hon’ble Shri. GS Pannu, President ITAT and the Guest of Honour is Shri. Suhas V Mane, President MSTT.
The final round of the Competition will start at 10:00 AM on November 27, 2022. The final rounds will be judged by Hon’ble Justice Smt. Sonia Gokhani, Gujarat High Court and Hon’ble Justice Shri. Valmiki Menzes, Bombay High Court. The Valedictory ceremony will start immediately after the final round. Hon’ble Justice Smt. Sonia Gokhani, Gujarat High Court is the Chief Guest and Hon’ble Justice Shri. Valmiki Menzes, Bombay High Court is Guest of Honour.
