(ii) Heritage Precincts,
(iii) Rights of persons with disabilities,
(iv) Infrastructure Projects :­ roads, bridges, railways, airports, water transport,
(C) Writ Petitions challenging vires of any provision of
Direct Tax Laws;
(D) Writ Petitions pertaining to the following provisions of Income Tax Act, 1961 :­
(i) Chapter X­Sections 92 to 94A and Section 144C (ii) Chapter XIX­A – Sections 245A to 245L,
(E) Writ Petitions challenging vires of any tax provisions of the Municipal Corporation Laws.

EVERY THURSDAY
Public Interest Litigations (Civil) for admission, final hearing and order matters therein, except those assigned to other Courts.

EVERY FRIDAY AFTERNOON SESSION
Honble the CHIEF JUSTICE and Hon’ble Shri Justice M.S.SONAK will sit single and will take up Original Side/Appellate Side matters, to be notified separately.

    It is surprising to see that Bench headed by Justice Dharmadhikari will dispose appeals in Direct tax while Bench Comprising Justice Sanklecha & Justice Kulkarni will dispose Writ Petitions on Direct Tax.
