Sub:- initial posting of Members of I. T. A.T. regarding

The Deputy Secretary to the Govt. of India Ministry of  Law & Justice. Department of Legal Affairs, has vide his Order No. A-22012/1/2005- Admn. III (LA) dated the 27th June, 2008 communicated the posting of the following newly appointed Members as mentioned against their name:-

2.         In compliance with the aforesaid order of the Ministry of Law & Justice, the Hon’ble President has since directed that the posting of these two Members at the places indicated above shall be effective form the date mentioned below against their name.
 

In view of the above the Hon’ble President has since directed that Shri. Meher Singh, Accountant Member and Shri. Arumugha Mohan Alankamony, Accountant Member may be relieved form the afternoon of 9th July, 2008 respectively.

This issues with the approval of the Hon’ble President, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal.
