Income Tax Appeals for Admission, Income Tax Applications and Income Tax References and Writ Petitions arising out of Income Tax for Admission and Wealth Tax Applications and References for Admission and Interlocutory Applications therein and Interest Tax Appeals for Admissions and Interlocutory applications therein.

Income Tax Appeals, Income Tax Applications and Income Tax references and W.P. arising out of Income Tax for hearing and Wealth Tax Applications and References for hearing and Interlocutory Applications therein and Interest Tax Appeals for hearing and Interlocutory applications therein.

In the previous session, the Bench passed judgement in important matters such as Shri Jethmal Faujimal Soni vs. ITAT (stay u/s 254(2A)), CIT vs. Glenmark Pharmaceuticals (S. 194C TDS on contract mfg), CIT vs. Asian Star Co (S. 80HHC netting) among others. In the coming session, the Bench is expected to deal with a number of important issues such as S. 14A – Daga Capital, validity of Rule 8D, depreciation on finance / operational lease, 80HHC vs. 80IA(9), constitutional validity of s. 80IB(4) and interpretation of s. 80IB(10).
